I think it absolutely does for me, anyway. Nothing makes you want to write more than when your son tells his friends you’re a writer. But also, that our boys see their parents making time to make music, to write, etc, they see that as part of life itself. And will learn to make time for it and allow their partner to make time for it too.
I enjoyed listening to this. Agreed on just living a life of creativity is enough. Do you find having children encourages you to keep creating? Like leaving them a piece of you they may have never have know otherwise. I think I would find that to be an incredible catalyst. Kind of a projected nostalgia for them as they get older and possibly have kids.
