Tania and I would love for you to join us for this rejuvenating workshop. The first half of our session will begin with a Gentle Yoga practice followed by Guided Journaling and an inspiring discussion in the second half.
All you need is your yoga mat, a pen, and an open heart. Come exactly as you are.
